The files are already in your system. Nobody has called them.
Most firms are sitting on hundreds of enquiries that never became files. Somebody rang, somebody took details, and nothing happened. Bridget works that list: she calls, checks whether the matter was ever dealt with, requalifies the ones still live, and books them back into intake.
Where this sits today. Bridget is built and tested in-house. She has not yet run a campaign for a client firm, so there are no results on this page and will not be until there are real ones to publish. We are taking a small number of founding firms at a reduced rate in exchange for being the first campaigns on the board.
Four weeks, start to finish.
The first campaign is scoped at around 500 records, which is enough to produce a real answer about your list without committing you to a long programme.
You export the list
Past enquiries that never opened a file. Name, number, the date they enquired and whatever the matter was. A spreadsheet is fine.
We clean and suppress
Duplicates removed, current clients suppressed, anyone who asked not to be contacted removed, numbers checked against the Do Not Call Register position for your list.
Bridget calls
In your firm’s name, disclosing she is AI. She establishes whether the matter was resolved, went to another firm, or is still live and unaddressed.
Qualified ones are booked
Still live and still in scope goes into your intake calendar with the full history attached. Everything else is dispositioned and closed off.
You pay on files, so we count files.
The commercial model is a setup fee plus a fee for each file your firm actually opens from the campaign. Calls are worth nothing to us. Bookings that do not convert are worth nothing to us.
That forces the thing most outbound gets wrong. The incentive is on qualifying properly rather than booking anyone who will agree to a time, and every booking is traced from the original enquiry record through to the file so neither of us is arguing about attribution later.
What you get back
- Every record dispositioned, including the ones that went nowhere
- Reasons recorded: resolved, instructed elsewhere, not interested, unreachable
- Bookings written back against the originating record
- A weekly report with the denominators left in
- The cleaned list back, yours to keep
Calling old enquirers raises its own questions.
These people contacted you once, which is not the same as consenting to be called back years later by an AI. We treat that seriously.
- She discloses she is AI in the first ten seconds, and names the firm she is calling for.
- She references the original enquiry so the person knows why they are being called and when they first made contact.
- One request to stop is final. The record is suppressed immediately and permanently, and the suppression list carries across campaigns.
- No legal advice, no merit view, no value estimates. Same limits as every agent we build.
- Distress ends the call. She does not push a reactivation script at someone having a bad day.
Check your own obligations first.
Contacting past enquirers touches your professional conduct rules and your privacy obligations, and those sit with your firm rather than with us.
We will build the campaign to whatever constraints your practice manager sets, including a narrower list, a script you approve line by line, or a consent check before anything is dialled.
Hear her take a call from your own firm.
Send us your firm name and what you want handled. We configure an agent on your matter types and call you back from it, so you are judging the real thing rather than a recording we chose.
