Your call volume is very low
A firm taking two or three enquiries a week, all in business hours, all answered, does not have a problem worth $1,200 a month to solve.
Two products, priced differently because they do different jobs. Ashleigh is a monthly service. Bridget is paid on the files she produces. All figures exclude GST.
$1,200 per month, plus GST
Eight hundred minutes is a little over thirteen hours of live conversation. For most small and mid-sized firms that covers normal volume with room to spare, and the overage rate is published so a busy month cannot produce a surprise.
Setup fee plus a fee per file opened
Both numbers are set when we see the list, because a thousand two-year-old motor accident enquiries and two hundred recent family law enquiries are different campaigns. Calls that produce nothing cost you nothing.
All prices exclude GST. Monthly, no lock-in term on Ashleigh. Reactivation campaigns are scoped and agreed per campaign.
There is no tiering. One price, everything in it, because a cut-down version of a receptionist is not a product worth selling.
That is the complete list. There is no per-user fee, no charge for additional matter types, and no implementation fee beyond the $500 setup.
A single personal injury file is worth multiples of a year of this service. A conveyance or a modest family law matter still covers several months. So the question is not whether $1,200 a month is cheap, it is whether a year of answered calls produces at least one file you would otherwise have lost.
If your firm takes two enquiries a week and never misses a call, it probably does not. If you are letting calls go to voicemail after five, on weekends, or whenever reception is on the other line, it almost certainly does. We will tell you which one you are on the first call.
Three situations where we would tell you not to bother.
A firm taking two or three enquiries a week, all in business hours, all answered, does not have a problem worth $1,200 a month to solve.
If there is no capacity to run the appointments she books, you have moved the bottleneck rather than removed it. Fix capacity first.
Every agent discloses that she is AI. If the appeal is callers not realising, we are the wrong supplier and you should not engage us.
No. Ashleigh is month to month.
The setup fee is one-off and covers work we have already done, so it is not refundable, but there is no minimum term after that. If she is not earning her place you stop, and we would rather you did than keep paying for something you have mentally switched off.
You are billed $0.45 per additional minute on that month’s invoice.
We flag it as you approach the limit rather than letting you discover it afterwards. If you are consistently over, we will talk about a larger allowance instead, because per-minute overage is a bad deal for a firm with real volume.
No. The price is per firm.
Route to three people or thirty, run four matter types or twenty, the fee does not move. The only thing that changes the monthly number is talk time.
Because the honest answer depends on your list, and a number invented before seeing it would be wrong.
The structure is published: a setup fee plus a fee per file your firm opens. The amounts are set once we have seen the list size, the age of the records and the matter types. You pay nothing for calls that do not produce files.
No. Every figure on this page excludes GST.
Send us your firm name and what you want handled. We configure an agent on your matter types and call you back from it, so you are judging the real thing rather than a recording we chose.
