Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Supply of the Frontli service to a law firm is governed by a separate written agreement between us and that firm. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
Use of this site
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business purposes. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that involves automated extraction of content or contact details. You must not copy, republish or redistribute material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.
No legal advice
Frontli is not a law firm and nothing on this website is legal advice. Our agents do not provide legal advice to callers, and any description on this site of time limits, procedures or obligations is general information only.
A law firm using our service remains responsible for its own professional, conduct and privacy obligations, including obligations relating to client communication, confidentiality and the contacting of past enquirers.
No warranty on outcomes
Any description on this site of what an agent does, how quickly it can be deployed, or what a firm might gain from it, is a description of the service and not a guarantee of any particular result.
Outcomes depend on your call volume, your matter types, your market, your intake capacity and how your people handle the appointments that are booked. We do not warrant that any particular conversion rate, call volume or number of files will be achieved.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and design, is owned by us or used under licence and is protected by copyright. Our business name and logo are our property and may not be used without written permission.
Ownership of call recordings, transcripts and configuration produced during an engagement is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or the cost of doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
